What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and Google profile photo. As you use सेयर पाठशाला, we also record your episode watch progress.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide the learning service — unlocking episodes, tracking your progress, and sending you a daily email when a new episode is released.
Who sees it
Only NEPSE Accumulation Tracker (Kapil) has access to your data. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, we process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the learning service you signed up for), and legitimate interest (sending you progress-related episode emails). You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights (PIPEDA & GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); request a copy of your data in a portable format; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email heykapilai@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep your account data and watch progress for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with a legal obligation.

International data transfers
Our infrastructure providers (including our database and email providers) may process data outside of your home country, including in Canada and the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Governing law & supervisory authority
This policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada. For users in the European Economic Area or UK, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
